BACKGROUND DOCUMENTS AND TEACHING AIDS

Picture
Providing students with adequate information is important. We teach concepts, ways to write, think and investigate in our class discussions, lectures, one-on-one meetings with students and in feedback on student assignments. In addition to these forms of sharing knowledge, I find it useful to provide them with written documents that they consult during the course and that (one hopes) may prove useful beyond the class.

Contact me if you have suggestions on how to further improve them. I'm constantly updating these documents.

This guidance document not only provides students with the requirements they have to abide by  when writing a research paper. Importantly, it also contains pointers on how to do good research and how to write about it.
